Philippe Weisbecker｜フィリップ・ワイズベッカー】
1942年、セネガル・ダカール生まれ。1966年、国立装飾美術学校（フランス）卒業。1968年にアメリカ・ニューヨークに移住。2006年にフランスに戻り、現在はフランス・パリとスペイン・バルセロナを拠点として活動。
30才でイラストレーターとしてのキャリアが始まり、「ニューヨークタイムス」「タイム誌」「ニューヨーカー」（アメリカ）などに掲載。1990年代後半にはコミッションワークからオリジナル作品へ活動がシフトし、世界中のギャラリーで展覧会を開催。
主な受賞歴は、2004年と2015年「東京アートディレクターズクラブ賞」など多数を受賞。
主なクライアントとして、ハーマンミラー・コカコーラ・アップル・エルメス（アメリカ）、虎屋・パナソニック・三越・資生堂「花椿」・サントリー・CLASKA（日本）など。東京2020公式アートポスターも制作。
